Terms and conditions MIA CARRARA


SECURE PAYMENT
We offer a wide range of payment options: you can easily pay via iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal or ApplePay. Please contact us if you want to pay via another method.
 
SHIPMENT
To make it as cheap as possible for you, we do not keep all products in stock. These are specially ordered for you. The delivery time may therefore differ, but unless otherwise communicated, we keep 6 to 8 weeks. Most accessories are in stock and have a delivery time of 3-5 working days. When it comes to furniture, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to coordinate when we will deliver the product. 
The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the product. For accessories we charge €6.95 shipping costs. Shipping costs for larger products can be found on the product page.
Accessories are mainly sent by post/courier. Furniture is delivered by an external carrier. This external carrier delivers through so-called threshold deliveries. You are then responsible for placing and possibly assembling the furniture in any form whatsoever. You are responsible for bringing in this furniture. Any additional costs from not being able to bring in this furniture will therefore end up with you. We do not deliver to the Wadden Islands.

PRICE
All prices quoted are in euros and include VAT and exclude shipping costs. 

RETURN
Do you want to return your package? Too bad, we always strive to deliver top quality and do our work with great passion. However, you can return within 14 days at your own expense. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, we assume that you are fully enjoying your new product and the purchase will be regarded as binding. The return and transport costs are for your own account. 
This only applies to products that are not made especially for you. We do not use a trial period for custom-made products and the purchase is binding. This is of course because we have this product produced especially for you.
Items with signs of use, scratches or damage will be refused and returned to the sender. Place the item in a sturdy box, fill in the return form and include it in the box. You will receive a message from us as soon as your return has been processed. The amount will be deposited into your account within 7 days. Only with a complete, undamaged return of the order, the shipping costs will also be refunded. 

DAMAGES
It can of course always happen that an item is delivered damaged. You must report this to us within 2 working days. This can be done, for example, by emailing us a photo. We will solve the problem for you immediately! However, if you are too late, you are not entitled to a refund or any other form of compensation. To run our company successfully, we also have to draw a line somewhere, of course. 
 
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS
If we develop a product especially for you, you cannot return these products. If the product is damaged, you can contact us and we will look for a suitable solution together. We'll surely figure it out!

CAVEAT
Of course we strive to correctly display all data, images and prices on the website. However, we are only human, so there could be an error. No rights can be derived from this. It is also possible that the color of the product differs from the photos. We work with natural stone and each product is unique. We can therefore not guarantee in advance that you will receive exactly the same product. We can, however, pass on certain wishes (colour preference, cavities, finish) and these will be respected at all times during production.
