SHIPPING AND DELIVERY.
We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €99. For products that we have in stock, we expect a delivery time of 2-4 days. We have most products made to order and have a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. Don't worry, it's well worth the wait!
RETURN.
To be clear
Is the product not what you expected? What a pity. Of course you have a reflection period of 14 days. You can return the product within these 14 days. The return costs are for your own account. You can also return the product yourself. If there is damage to the product, you must notify us within 2 working days so that we can look for a suitable solution together.
GUARANTEE.
We stand behind our products. MIA CARRARA. only works with the highest quality travertine and that is why we dare to give a 2-year warranty on all our products! If you have to deal with discoloration or cracks in the product, this is covered by the warranty. Damage caused by your own actions is of course not part of your warranty.
